Friction-Free Air Actuator
Del-Tron's friction-free air actuator offers designers of moving mechanisms widely variable speed and dwell capabilities in a compact package with low stiction and friction characteristics। The PNRE Series allows for gentle handling of semiconductor wafers, chips, and components. Due to the low pressure requirement (less than 10 PSI), the actuator will stop before damage can occur to fragile and expensive electronic materials and components. The variable movement possible makes the actuators suitable for adhesive and other liquid deposition applications such as adhesive and solder placement and liquid-sample handling for invitro diagnostic equipment.

Miniature Air Cylinders
